About Us

Printing Options:

There are quite a few options out there, but the two most popular are direct-to-garment (also known as DTG) and screen printing. A little about us, all of our product that is sold online, is printed on demand (DTG = Direct To Garment). What does that means to you? Well, you don’t get a shirt that has been printed a long time ago in a galaxy far far away… LOL. We get your order, print it as soon as possible, and then ship it to you right away. We use only the best DTG printers available to produce the finest-quality images possible that won’t wash out of the shirts.

First off, don’t confuse DTG printing with those cheap, iron-on style transfers of yesteryear. Like we’d sell you shirts that are infamous for fading and cracking after a single wash. Instead, the DTG process is a relatively new printing method that produces incredibly high-quality artwork that will stay put for years to come.

Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. In at least three places throughout our production of your shirts, a human being checks each shirt against the original artwork preview to make sure that the right artwork is printed on the right shirt, the print is of the highest quality, and everything looks the way it should.

DTG printers offer a lot of color options which means you can print detailed designs and photorealistic images with almost no color limitations.

Selective Garment Offerings = Fast Turn-Around:

A little more about us and our past experience has been that when you try to offer every product under the sun, orders end up delayed because of slow procurement and product back orders. One of the keys to our success in fast turn-around times is making sure the garments we offer are either in-stock on our own shelves, or are stocked deeply by major warehouse distributors.  The helps assure that your orders won’t get hung up waiting for garments to arrive.

Shipping:

A little more about us and limiting the products we offer, we prevent product-related delays and can assure shipping in 2-4 business days. Almost all orders ship from our print shop within 2-4 business days of the order being placed.  We have a high success rate simply because of the garment options we offer, most of which are highly available and rarely out of stock.

Wholesale:

A little more about us and DTG and screen printing yield fine quality prints, but they differ in method and cost. DTG uses a printer to spray the ink into a garment, while screen printing layers the ink on top of the fabric. Most importantly, DTG enables order fulfillment on-demand with no upfront cost, while screen printed products are ordered in bulk.

Screen printing is a printing method where ink is pushed through a woven screen (also called mesh stencil) onto fabric. The ink doesn’t soak into the fabric, but lays on top of the product.

With screen printing, a special screen has to be made for each element of your design. Once that’s done, the colors and elements of the design are applied layer by layer onto the garment. The more layers your design has, the longer it’ll take to print it and the thicker the design will feel on the product.

The long setup time is why screen printing is primarily used to print items in bulk. It’s not cost-effective to print only a t-shirt or two if it’s taken hours to create the stencils for your design.

Our wholesale printing has expanded to a much larger facility to accommodate the larger orders/clients that we manage. Our 10+ color screen printing machines, ready to take on larger orders.
